Tomato noodle soup (Vegetarian)

Recipes by chefkreso

Tomato soup always reminds me of my grandmother, as many other recipes do. She had a few signature dishes and as a kid I would spend my weekends over at her house where she would show me how to cook. Even if I didn’t ask I would always see her rolling out the dough or standing over the oven preparing a family dinner. No matter what her age was or how tired she felt, she gave her all to prepare something we would all enjoy and think about for days to come. She was always an inspiration to me, and someone I think of when ever I put an apron on and start the oven.

Baked Cod, Potatoes, and Tomatoes (Merluzzo, Patate e Pomodori al Forno)

Stefan's Gourmet Blog

If it’s too hot right now to turn on the oven where you are, save this recipe for later, because it is easy and delicious. Cod, potatoes, and tomatoes are all cooked together in the oven with garlic and herbs (the tomatoes with basil, the cod and potatoes with rosemary). To take the guesswork out of getting the fish right, it is advisable to use a thermometer with a probe.

If you pull the fish at a core temperature of 45C/113F (taking into account it will continue to cook…

Oh well, such is life….

This Creamy Mushroom Garlic Basil Pesto Spaghetti is my go-to meal.  It is simple, and probably the easiest meal known to mankind to make.  It is incredibly tasty and ultra healthy.
