Tzatziki Sauce
1 6″ & Prime; cucumber, peeled, seeds eliminated
1 mug greek yogurt (entire milk)

1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon fresh mint, carefully chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix all components with each other, allow stand 15 minutes for flavours to blend and also serve with anything greek.
